I have experience working for an NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) as a Senior Clinical Psychologist. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Areas I can help with

• Anxiety / OCD / panic / phobias
• Low mood / depression
• Anger, aggression, and behavioural problems
• Parent support
• Support in managing problems associated with autism
• NICE compliant multi-disciplinary team assessments for autism (through Greenshoots)

There is no ‘one size fits all’ and I will adapt my approach to suit you, your child and your family. I aim to create a relaxed therapeutic space in which positive change can come about.I work largely from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) perspective, but I also draw on Systemic Therapy and other therapeutic models to provide a bespoke approach.Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, and can be short term (around six sessions) or longer term.
