I am a Clinical Psychologist offering psychological support and talking therapy for children and young people. I also work directly with parents, helping them to better understand their child’s difficulties and find new ways of supporting their child.I have over ten years' experience working in various mental health settings and am trained to a doctoral level. I have experience working for an NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) as a Senior Clinical Psychologist. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Therapy

There is no ‘one size fits all’ and I will adapt my approach to suit you, your child and your family. I aim to create a relaxed therapeutic space in which positive change can come about.I work largely from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) perspective, but I also draw on Systemic Therapy and other therapeutic models to provide a bespoke approach.Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, and can be short term (around six sessions) or longer term.

I offer a free 20-minute online consultation for you and your child to get a sense of what our sessions will be like.
